Award wining websites for new real estate constructions in NYC

After visiting hundreds of websites for new real estate construction projects in New York City I have come across some very well designed websites - and I thought it would be neat to share them with you.

note: these are not judged by the best architectural deigns or prime locations or sound investments or pleasant interior or exterior design... all thought they very well may be - but these are simply per my personal opinion very well made web site designs - and I wish more web design teams would take example of such fine designs and strive for similar quality...

So the list so far is:

http://www.111centralparknorth.com/ - "111 Central Park North" - Now this website is clearly unique from all others. Check it out and you will see why; it actually has the resident manager as the presenter on the website - giving you all the details you could want. Information is plentiful and well presented.

http://www.thelinknyc.com/ - "The Link" - this website is a pleasure to browse. information is plentiful and very well presented. If you go to the floor plans - you can actually see where the floor plan is in the building and which way it is facing...

http://www.the-riverhouse.com/ - "Riverhouse, Rockefeller Park" - Has a very tasty juicy yet clear (less is more) cut taste. The menu system makes it a easy and simple to navigate...

Now this is outside of NYC but is defiantly worth a mention - http://www.xocondominiums.com/ - "X/O Condominiums Chicago: Extraordinary Living in Chicago's South Loop" very well presented with useful information...

The trend is that these are relatively large project - yet they have given the web design companies the flexibility to dream and create - resulting in these spectacular websites.

I will bring more info later... as well as a list from which I have made my consideration.
